Unlike many professional service organizations, CFG actively discourages public reviews, testimonials, and public identification of our client relationships.
We do not solicit online reviews or use our clients' names, properties, photographs, or case histories for promotional purposes without their express authorization. When public reviews or postings disclose confidential client relationships or sensitive case information, we proactively request that the information be removed.
We take deliberate measures to protect client identities, communications, documentation, and the details of our engagements. We do not disclose client names, provide references, or share case information with other homeowners or third parties without appropriate authorization, except where disclosure is necessary to perform authorized services or required by law.
When prospective clients request references, we respect the confidentiality of our existing client relationships. Any introduction or sharing of contact information occurs only with the express permission of the individuals involved.
Our approach also supports constructive relationships with builders, contractors, insurance carriers, attorneys, and other involved parties. We believe discreet, technically supported communication often creates a more productive environment for addressing construction problems than public confrontation.
